Brighton runs on character, and a band here has to bring more than a polished set. AfroSync leans into that. Our Afrobeat, jazz, reggae and soul has the energy the city expects, whether you are throwing a seafront wedding, a party in the Lanes or a brand launch that needs a proper live edge.
The South Coast crowd is quick to spot anything going through the motions, so we play to the room. The signature trio of piano, saxophone and djembe can open loose and jazz-led, then lift into floor-filling grooves as the night takes hold, with vocalist May out front when you want a bigger, bolder show. Marimba, mbira and talking drum keep the texture shifting.
Everything travels with us, so a converted warehouse, a pier-side venue or a rooftop overlooking the sea all get the same full PA and performance lighting. From our Kent base the run along the coast is short and simple, and we handle load-in and timings directly with your venue.
