Your venue sets the tone, and AfroSync reads it. A country-house lawn, a marquee reception or a barn conversion each carry a different acoustic and a different mood, and the trio shapes its sound to suit. Piano and saxophone carry the softer hours, then djembe and percussion lift the room as the evening turns and the dancing begins.
Weddings run on timing, and a missed cue is felt by everyone. AfroSync works to your running order and coordinates with your planner, toastmaster and photographer so the music lands exactly where it should. When May fronts the full show, the band becomes the centre of the night, warm, polished and impossible to sit through.

- Can you learn our first dance song?
- Yes. We arrange a bespoke first-dance or key-moment version and perform it live, tailored to you. Share your choice early so there is time to rehearse it properly and, where a song suits our instrumentation, make it genuinely your own.
- Do you cover the whole day or just the evening?
- The whole day if you wish. The trio can play your ceremony and drinks reception, then the full fronted show closes the night, one band throughout. We plan around your running order so transitions between each stage feel seamless.
- Do you bring your own sound and lighting?
- Yes. Full PA and performance lighting are included as standard, and our equipment is PAT certified. We are also fully insured with ten million pounds public liability, which most premium venues ask to see before the day.
